Zero Surge Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal service conditions, including energization by means of standard 120V or 240V 60Hz electrical power, for a period of 10 years.

The manufacturers obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement parts, or entire units of comparable or better model, at the manufacturer's sole discretion, which were found by the manufacturer to be defective. This warranty does not apply to products which have been damaged by negligence, accident, misapplication, or have been repaired or modified by anyone other than the original manufacture.

 

The manufacturer for the benefit of the original holder of the consumer warranty, will test and repair any unit which has been subjected only to normal service conditions and maintained or repaired only by the manufacture. The purpose is to restore the unit to original operating performance specifications, or replace the unit at the manufacturer's option, at any time, upon payment of 20% of the current retail list price (at time of service) of either the unit serviced or its equivalent successor model. The unit must be returned via prepaid shipping plus a 20% service charge for maintenance. For best performance, the manufacturer recommends this service once every 10 years.
