Our policy is to keep the personal information we receive from our site completely confidential and used solely for internal purposes. We will not share your personal information with any other parties. All e-mail address become the property of HL Stores and will not be sold or willfully disclosed to any third party. We reserve the right to send you e-mail about products and sale items. Yes, we have a completely secure merchant account system that automatically checks your credit card number and deposits the money into our bank account without anyone even seeing your credit card number or information. So it's completely secure.

How will my product be shipped?
All orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or United States Postal Service.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Generally 7-10 business days after you place you order.

What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order and want to return or exchange it, simply e-mail us at: hlstores@spikeandsurge.com Make sure your subject line reads "returned item" and we will contact you within 24-48 hours and take care of your return. Note: In order for your return or exchange to be honored we must receive an e-mail from you 3-5 business days after you receive your order. You must return the item at your own expense and their will be a 25% restocking fee charged. Note: we can not accept return of UPS items.  If there are any defects it will come under the manufacture warranty.
